Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Carrier Hunt, the website and service available at carrierhunt.com (the "Service"), operated by PM Holdings ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Carrier Hunt provides a dashboard of motor-carrier registration data sourced from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) public Company Census File, refreshed daily. The Service surfaces newly published carrier registrations together with publicly filed business contact information. Carrier Hunt is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FMCSA or any government agency.

2. Accounts

You must create an account (managed by our authentication provider, Clerk) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual — sharing login credentials across multiple people is not permitted. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes only.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

4. The data — accuracy and your responsibilities

All carrier information in the Service originates from FMCSA public records, as filed by the carriers themselves. It is provided "as is": we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, or compliance advice.

You are solely responsible for how you contact carriers. Outreach by phone, text, or email is subject to laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing laws, and Do-Not-Call registries. Using the Service does not exempt you from any of these. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The underlying government records are public information. The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and our selection, arrangement, enrichment, and presentation of the data — is owned by PM Holdings and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes while your account is in good standing.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, or where required by law. Sections 4–6 and 8–11 survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE DATA WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PM HOLDINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PM Holdings from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your outreach to carriers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which PM Holdings is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@carrierhunt.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a notice in the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
